Piazzasquare Italiano provides online Italian language learning services, including but not limited to, video courses, live group classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, and community access (the "Program").

4. User Accounts and Age Restriction

To access certain features of the Program, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.

5. Payments and Billing

a) Program Fees: Our programs are offered at different tiers (e.g., 1-Year, 3-Year, Lifetime). You agree to pay all fees for the tier you select at the time of purchase.

b) Payment: We use a third-party payment processor to handle all payments. You must provide a valid payment method to purchase our programs.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
